Intro Course

6 weeks is all it takes to get a basic foundation before moving to the general classes. Use this time to try out our system and see if our approach is a good fit for you.

You will learn an overview of the striking techniques and fitness drills we use. During the course you will also pick up the culture of the club, including the attitude and manners expected to maintain a safe and progressive environment.

General Class

Following completion of the Intro Course you can enter the General Classes. Here we will continue your journey, grow your skills, and improve your general fitness.

All technical training will be pointed at one of the three main applications of the system:

Street: Self-Defence in emergency situations.

Sport: Competition in defined rulesets against trained opponents for personal challenge.

Art: Holistic balance of learning, growth, and creativity to enhance your overall lifestyle.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is available by appointment if group classes are not suitable. Contact us to discuss.
